Shop Policies
*It is recommended to read these policies thoroughly before purchasing. By placing an order at checkout you are agreeing to the following:
- Processing time varies, as many items are made to order. All jackets and shirts are created based on your preferences. After placing your order, A Stitching Witch orders blank clothing in your desired brand, color, and sizing. Embroidery begins once your items have arrived. This is reflected by the shop's processing time. An additional processing time may be stated in the description of an item if the item is a preorder. Processing time can also be found in any ASW social media bio and at the top of the website. It is possible to receive your item sooner than the quoted time.
- I am not responsible for any packages once USPS has scanned the package and the tracking number has updated past pre-shipment. If you have a problem during shipping, it is recommend to open a case with USPS. International orders and orders over $100 will automatically have shipping insurance added.
- No refunds, all purchases are final. However, if you discover a problem upon receiving your package please let me know! If you need to cancel an order, it must be within 48 hours of purchase. Items are custom made and cannot be cancelled once materials have been ordered to accommodate your order.
- Return to sender: If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, the customer will be asked to pay for new shipping to reship. Please double check your address and contact me in advance if you need it changed!
- This shop is run by one person, I work hard to accommodate everyone and to provide excellent customer service, but I have the right to refuse business to any individual if I see fit.
