SHOP POLICIES & Important Information

  • Every piece available on my website is embroidered by hand. This process takes anywhere from 5-10+ hours and my prices reflect this.

  • All purchases are final- I am not responsible for ANy packages once I have dropped them off and sent a tracking number

    • sticker-only packages travel through "snail mail" (envelope & stamp), therefore they will not have an available tracking number​

  • No returns or refunds, all purchases are final. I sell wearable art, therefore cannot resell anything that may have been worn by the original purchaser.

  • All "Update" hats are first come first serve when they are uploaded to my shop- I do not offer the chance to claim or purchase hats in advance, however I am always willing to remake them as customs if you are unable to get the piece you want!

  • if a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, the customer will be asked to pay for new shipping to reship

  • processing time for ready to ship items is 2-3 days

  • Tracking is always provided via email for online purchases and via twitter DMs for custom orders

  • customs require payment up front, half payment accepted for customs of $50 or more (see customs tab for more info)​

    • completion time is 1-5 days depending on complexity once outline sketch is approved by customer​

    • customs are not started until payment is received (at least half of payment)

    • Half of payment is a nonrefundable "deposit" to cover cost of materials and any time spent on the project prior to cancellation

  • I stand by the quality of my products and my stitching, If a product becomes damaged for any reason, please contact me to discuss a repair! 

  • Products are made in a home with pets, please let me know if you have a dog allergy

  • This shop is run by one person, I work hard to accommodate everyone and provide excellent customer service, but I have the right to refuse business to any individual if I see fit.
